The mission of the Elk Mountain Ski Patrol is to
further the enjoyment of gravity sports by
sharing our knowledge and love of the outdoors while
acting as ambassadors of hospitality and safety to the
guests of Elk Mountain Resort.
The Elk Mountain Ski Patrol activities include:
• Providing continuing educational services consistent with the
National Ski Patrol's Outdoor Emergency Care program
• Providing on-hill first aid and rescue services
• Providing first-aid services for the annual Steamtown Marathon
and other sporting events
